Congratulations, Sara Swinford!
Celebrating 45 Years!
Ambassadors of Hope
Sara Swinford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with
over 30 years of field experience, including the past 18 years at
Woodford County Public Schools. She specializes in social-
emotional development and crisis intervention, where she
provides direct support and advocacy for students and families.
A passion for creating a welcoming school climate,
Sara is dedicated to empowering students and fostering positive
outcomes through collaborative partnerships.
Dr. Andy Frey Practitioner Development Grant
KASSW will provide two awards worth $200 each to support projects conducted by any FULL KASSW member in the schools where they work. You must be a full-time member at the time the grant is awarded. Please e-mail your application to kentuckysocialworker@gmail.com. The Mini-Grant application deadline is August 1st annually.
